Four Footprints is a collection of ambient works that explore environmental sound as a basis for compositional process. Sonic patterns from the natural environment are applied to synthesised sound to create a diverse world of impressionist textures - lapping waves become undulating pads, chirping insects become interlocking metallophones falling in and out of time with one another. Each track aims to create a unique electronic sound world shaped by natural process.

Four Footprints was presented in six-channel surround sound at Callaway Auditorium in November 2020. Please hit me up via the contact form if you'd like to access the multi-channel files.
